From 1 July, 2016 we will be offering an exclusive opportunity for our Guests and Visitors to join our VIP Club.

Membership to the VIP Club is by annual subscription and each Membership has the following benefits:

• Discounted accommodation at all times of 10%   (Get your cost of membership back with as few as 5 Nights Stay)
• Free use of all facilities including Function Centre for Groups,  and Media Facilities.
• Discounts at Local Restaurants and Activities. Bookings can be made in Reception as a courtesy. 
• Free hire of Bicycles, 
• Free use of Kayaks
• Unlimited Free Wi-Fi
• Free Daily Papers
• Priority parking for Boats, Trailers and Larger Vehicles onsite.
• Membership to the ASURE Chelmswood Motel Taupo Fishing Challenge (a Full Season competition for Trout Fishing on the Lake and Rivers of Lake Taupo with great prizes).
• Members’ Quarterly Draw for exceptional prizes. Stay during the previous quarter to be in the draw.
• Membership and discounts in our exclusive Silvereye Flies outlet in the Lobby.

The ASURE Chelmswood Motel Taupo Fishing Challenge is open to Members only and will run for the whole 2016 Season. All fish recorded by Guests staying at the Chelmswood will be eligible for the quarterly prizes and Annual Grand Prize. Members Rules and conditions of participation can be found here.

VIP Club Members also have free access to our Bicycles and Kayaks. The Taupo Cycle-Way is just across the road as is an easy launch for our sit-on Kayaks.

Each quarter, the VIP Club will have a prize draw for guests who have stayed during the previous three months. Prizes will include home appliances, fishing gear and travel vouchers to use within the ASURE Group.
